Rules and Regulations

• CTS will waive the first month coaching fee when you sign up for any 12 month coaching package.
• One-time start up fee for all coaching packages still applies to all packages during the CYOC program.
• 90-Day No Penalty Opt-Out applies only to new CTS Athletes.
• You may cancel your coaching package during the first 90 days with 30 days written notice to Athlete Services, without an early-cancellation penalty. No payments within the first 90 days of the Agreement are refundable. Cancellations after the 90-day opt-out period are subject to the cancellation penalties defined in the CTS Terms and Conditions. The 90-day opt-out is only applicable in the initial term of the CYOC agreement.
• The 10% discount on lab services may be redeemed at one of the three CTS Training Centers (Colorado Springs, CO, Asheville, NC and Tucson, AZ) depending on the availability of services at each location. Lab services are limited to LT, VO2, 3D Dynamic Bike Fit, Nutrition Analysis, RMR and Body Composition. The discount is only valid during the initial term of the of the CYOC agreement.
• PowerTaps must be ordered within the first 90 days of the agreement and are only available to athletes with active coaching agreements.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of power meter. Sales tax (where applicable, varies by location) and shipping ($20 flat rate for UPS Ground within the Continental US) will apply for the PowerTap power meter, and must be paid at the time of purchase. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and International addresses may incur additional fees. Limit two PowerTap’s per customer.
• You must have an active coaching agreement in order to attend any of the CYOC camps. The complimentary camp offer is only valid for the CYOC camps in 2009.
• You are responsible for all costs associated with the complimentary CYOC camp. These expenses include, but are not limited to, airfare, lodging, meals, and ground transportation.
• Offer is valid for one coaching term and it may not be combined with any other offer.
