 | 9:45 – 10:20 AM: What is the Anti-Shoe? Find out how the makers of the ‘anti-shoe’ have created physiological footwear that has a number of positive effects on your feet and body. Be prepared to demo MBTs as Mike Graham takes you on a ‘Recovery Walk’.

 | 10:30 – 10:50 AM: GU Energy Products From the very beginning, GU has been on the cutting edge in sports nutrition, pioneering the original GU Energy Gel in the early 1990’s. Holly Bennett, GU’s senior marketing manager, will be giving a glimpse at GU’s history with sports nutrition, what’s new in the industry and how it applies to endurance training and competition.

 | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Run with Ironman Champion Craig Alexander 2008 Ironman World Champion, who’s coached by Carmichael Training Systems, will be leading a road run for anyone who’d like to participate. Bring your running shoes and gear and be prepared for a 5-6 mile, moderate-paced run. Expect the pace of this run to be around 7:30 – 9:00 min/mile.

 | 11:00 – 2:00 PM: Michael Ward, author and guitarist Author of children’s books in the Mike and the Bike series will be selling and signing his latest children’s book, Mike and the Bike Meet Lucille the Wheel. Michael Ward is also a Grammy award-winning guitarist who has played with artists Ben Harper, Gavin Degraw and The Wallflowers. We MIGHT be able to convince Michael to play us a couple licks on the guitar!

 | 11:30 – 12:00 PM: CTS Coaching Tips: Training with Power 101 CTS Pro Coach Kirk Nordgren will be giving a short presentation on training with a power meter. He’ll be answering questions such as: What is a power meter and how does it work? How does training with power differ than using heart rate? What power meter is the best for me? Be ready to get educated!

 | 12:00 – 2:00 PM: Ride w/ Chris Carmichael and Bob Roll No need for any introductions here! Bring your gear and saddle up for a 2-hour road ride with CTS founder Chris Carmichael and his old friend and former 7-11 teammate Bob Roll. This will be a moderately paced endurance road ride (road bikes only please).

 | 1:00 – 2:00 PM: Triathlon Transitions w/ Ironman Champion Tim DeBoom The two-time Ironman World Champion, who’s coached by Carmichael Training Systems, will be giving a demonstration on how to perfect your transitions for triathlons. Bring your bike and the rest of your triathlon gear for some practical, hands-on training with Tim and the CTS coaches!

 | 1:30 – 1:50 PM: Smith Optics As a valued partner to CTS, Smith Optics are the leaders in the performance eyewear industry. Linda Rodney, Regional Sales Manager for Smith Optics, will be giving us a 15-20 minutes breakdown of some of the newest and cutting-edge products Smith has to offer.

 | 2:00 – 3:00 PM: Ben Serotta Ben Serotta started custom-building bikes in 1972, and ever since his design and craftsmanship have put him at the forefront of the cycling industry. Ben will be giving a presentation about Serotta’s one-of-a-kind system for creating the world’s best bicycle. You can’t afford to miss this presentation from a cycling icon!

 | 3:00 – 3:30 PM: The IRONING MAN World Championship: Tim vs. Craig We all know they’re World Champion athletes – the veteran, two-time hero Tim DeBoom and the newly minted conqueror Craig Alexander – capable of answering every challenge on the race course. But how do they fare outside their athletic comfort zone? Who will be the winner when faced with the drudgery of daily chores? Ladies and gentlemen, don’t miss your chance to see Tim and Craig go head-to-head in the “hottest” competition of the season, the Ironing Man World Championship!

 | 4:00 – 5:00 PM: Computrainer Race – Beat Chris Carmichael! This is a great chance to see the CompuTrainers in action, and get your feet wet by laying the rubber down against THE MAN himself.
