Created directly in response to our customers’ requests, the Train Right Climbing Series DVDs target three of the most important components for becoming a faster, more powerful cyclist: Strength, Power, and Speed. Available individually or as a three-disc set, the Climbing Strength, Climbing Power, and Climbing Speed DVDs provide cyclists with specific workouts designed to improve performance on sustained climbs, deliver increased power for changes in pitch and pace, and enhance a cyclist’s “agility” to initiate and respond to accelerations and surges on hills of any type.
