Are you looking for the ultimate Tour de France experience without the expense of an overseas flight? At Carmichael Training Systems, we know how much you get into the Tour, and now with the 2007 Do The Tour...Stay At Home.™ training program, we have a new way for you to get something out of it as well. |

What is Do the Tour...Stay at Home.™? You can see and hear all the action at the Tour de France via live television and streaming video, but your Tour de France experience isn’t complete until you feel the race too. With Chris Carmichael’s Do the Tour...Stay at Home.TM training program, you get to experience the Tour de France like never before. Over 23 days, you’ll climb, sprint, time trial and chase – just like the pros – and get a taste of what it takes to ride cycling’s greatest race.
As an added bonus, the program includes six exclusive audio workouts from Chris Carmichael and special guests, including 7-time Tour de France Champion Lance Armstrong. In addition to Lance's insights on the Tour, Chris is also joined by sprinting ace and 3-time Olympian Gord Fraser, and Time Trial World Champion Mari Holden. Simply download these audio files to your iPod and get ready for some serious workouts – backed by heart pounding music and plenty of stories, encouragement, and guidance from some of the world's greatest athletes.
What is an Audio Download? An audio download is essentially a training DVD without the video, which means it’s much more portable, far less expensive, yet just as effective. You download the file to your computer and transfer it to your iPod the same way you do when you purchase music online from iTunes. Then you set your bike up on a stationary trainer, climb on, plug in your headphones, hit play and let Chris and his special guests take you step by step through a 60- to 90-minute workout that highlights the physical demands of that day’s stage. Best of all, you get to keep the audio file and use it whenever you want – this summer, next winter, or two years from now. And stay tuned because the Do the Tour...Stay at Home.TM program is just the beginning of audio workouts from CTS. We have over 60 audio exercises to choose from at trainright.com, and you can choose from our pre-made workouts or select the exercises you want and create your own custom workout.
System Requirements CTS Audio workouts are optimized for Quicktime and Itunes. Your purchased downloads will be delivered via a personalized podcast through iTunes. Click the following links to download the latest versions of Quicktime and Itunes. CTS Audio workouts are AAC audio files (*.m4a). |
